Brad Husick is a serial entrepreneur and business consultant. Brad was a co-founder of Webaroo, creator of the offline web, Vice President of Standards and Evangelism for Vignette Corporation (NASDAQ: VIGN), and Chairman of the marketing subcommittee of the ICE (Information and Content Exchange) XML-based standard. Brad also served as co-chairman of the CPexchange (Customer Profile Exchange) initiative’s marketing committee.
Prior to Vignette, Brad was a co-founder of NetGravity (NASDAQ: NETG), Vice President of Marketing for interactive design firm Clement Mok Designs, co-founder of CMCD, a successful stock photography business, and held product management positions at Macromedia (now Adobe) and Hewlett-Packard. Brad began his career at Apple in advertising and sales promotion.
He holds an M.B.A from Columbia University and a B.A. in Astrophysics from Rice University. Brad is a former pilot with 1100 hours in fixed-wing single-engine, multi-engine, and jet aircraft, system developer for military aircraft simulators, a former professional photographer and photography instructor, Commandeur in the Chevaliers du Tastevin Burgundy wine society, and an avid yachtsman. He has two sons and a Private Investigator wife.
