As Vice President & General Manager of the Service Program at Sungevity, Herve redefined the economics of the residential solar business by restructuring field operations and introducing new productivity tools that increased installation velocity by 40% and reduced cancellation rates by 30%. Prior to Sungevity, Herve led the Business-to-Consumer strategy for the Mobile Group at SAP. He built and took to market SAP Precision Marketing, a breakthrough cloud-based solution delivering personalized engagement through mobile phones to millions of consumers.
Prior to SAP, Herve founded StoreXperience Inc, a mobile shopping assistant backed by Microsoft, launched Neocase Software in the US market, led investment activities for Telecom Italia in Silicon Valley, and served top-tier telecommunications companies through Bain & Company. Herve holds an MBA degree from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Master’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the French National College of Aeronautical Engineering.
