Anthony Tijerino serves as an Advisor to Advantary. He has more than 15 years of experience driving profitable growth in challenging investment banking, private equity, and tech startup markets. He was most recently part of the business development team at Early Growth, the largest outsourced CFO consulting firm in the venture capital industry. Before joining Early Growth, Anthony was a Sales Director at RocketSpace where his primary responsibility was advising Fortune 1000 executives on external innovation partnerships and corporate strategic planning. Before RocketSpace, he led overall business development, partnerships and sales strategy for GroupPrice, a venture backed B2B branding platform that was based in Redwood City.
Prior to working in the tech startup space, Anthony was the youngest SVP at Advanced Equities, a technology investment bank that was based in San Francisco. He has been successful at originating and funding early, mid, and late-stage private equity and venture capital transactions in several industries. He began his career at Morgan Stanley where he covered high net worth, institutional equity, and restricted stock accounts. While in college, Anthony was a Junior Broker at Bear Stearns in San Francisco.
His bachelor of science in Finance was conferred by San Francisco State University and he has held FINRA series 7, 31 and 66 licenses.
