Denise Brosseau is a serial entrepreneur, strategist, start-up/early stage advisor and executive coach who is committed to building organizations that make a difference as well as making a profit. She is known as a ‘thought leader about thought leadership’ and has significant expertise in business development, managing partnerships, fundraising preparation, messaging/communications strategy, and meeting, team & retreat facilitation.

Most recently, Denise served on the founding team and as COO of Futuro Health, a non-profit created through a unique partnership between Kaiser Permanente and its largest union and funded by Kaiser with $130M with the goal of growing a new workforce in healthcare. 

In addition to serving as an Advisor with Advantary, Denise has her own firm, the Thought Leadership Lab, where she provides thought leadership consulting services to executives, entrepreneurs and their teams. She is also a frequent keynote speaker and workshop leader for companies, communities and conferences. Denise is the author of the best-seller, Ready to Be a Thought Leader? and her thought leadership courses on LinkedIn Learning have reached over 150,000 people around the globe. She has served as an instructor at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, co-teaching their first course in thought leadership.

Denise was the founding CEO of the first trade association for high growth, women-founded and women-led companies and also co-founded Springboard Enterprises, the women’s start-up launch pad that has led to over $10B in funding for women entrepreneurs. 

Denise began her career in the technology industry, leading product and marketing teams at Broderbund Software and Kensington and then heading up product development and international business development at a division of Motorola focused on speech and handwriting recognition for the US and China. 

Denise received her MBA from Stanford and her BA from Wellesley College and was honored as a Champion of Change by the White House.
