Until recently, Herve Pluche was a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ San Francisco office and a member of Heidrick Consulting, focusing on digital innovation and the process of digital acceleration in established organizations. Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Herve was a General Manager of the Service Program at Sungevity, where he redefined the economics of the residential solar business by restructuring field operations and introducing new productivity tools that increased installation velocity by 40%. Before this, Herve worked as vice president of the SAP Global Business Incubator, where he conceived and took to market SAP Precision Marketing, a context-aware marketing solution delivering personalized content to millions of consumers.
Herve is the founder of StoreXperience Inc, launched Neocase Software in the U.S. market, led investment activities in Silicon Valley for Avanti Partners Inc & Telecom Italia Ventures, and advised senior executives at Fortune 1,000 companies through Bain & Company.
Throughout his career, Herve has been recognized as a creative thinker equally adept at corporate strategy or business implementation in both established organizations and disruptive start-ups; an entrepreneurial executive with a true passion for digital product innovation under the Design Thinking methodology and team leadership under the Agile organization model.
Herve earned an MBA and a Certificate in Global Management from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a master’s degree in aerospace engineering from the French National College of Aeronautical Engineering.
