Jib Martens is a passionate entrepreneur and business builder who drives growth through revenue/business development, strategic positioning, operational leadership and financial advisory. He has launched, grown, led and financed new and early ventures and led critical initiatives at major healthcare organizations. He has comprehensive and deep experience in the healthcare industry and brings a well-rounded, innovative and practical perspective to his work.
Jib currently serves as the Chief Business Officer for PsycheAnalytics, a digital behavioral health company focusing on integrating behavioral and medical health care and analyzing outcomes data to improve outcomes, where he is building revenues and partnerships as well as operationally leading the company to focus on critical initiatives. Jib has launched and has run other healthcare organizations including, QuickCompliance, an online HIPAA training company, Risk & Reinsurance Advisory Services, a reinsurance intermediary and advisory and Beacon Partners, his own firm focused on growing companies. He has held senior roles at large companies including Vice President Corporate Development at DaVita Healthcare Partners, Principal at JHDGroup, Associate Partner at Accenture. He also held the dual roles of VP of Business Development and VP of Consulting Services at Confer Software, a disease management software company and, earlier in his career, was a banker at JP Morgan Chase.
Jib earned his MBA from The Amos Tuck School of Business Administration where he was an Edward Tuck Scholar, and his BA in Economics with a Minor in Physics from Middlebury College.
