He has a proven track record of driving multi-million-dollar growth through strategic partnerships, go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, and team leadership. As a Partner at Advantary Capital Partners, Ken leads business development efforts, optimizing GTM strategies and driving lead generation for early- and growth-stage companies. His ability to transform opportunities into revenue, coupled with deep domain knowledge in banking, payments, and digital assets, makes him a trusted advisor in the financial and technology sectors.

Prior to joining Advantary, Ken played a pivotal role at Chime Financial, where he led key business development initiatives that culminated in the acquisition of the start-up, Salt Labs for over $170 million. As Vice President of Business Development at Bakkt, he spearheaded GTM strategies in crypto, payments, and loyalty, securing six major deals within a year. At Bumped, he successfully crafted strategies that onboarded multiple financial institutions and neo-banks, demonstrating his ability to navigate complex financial landscapes and build scalable business models.

Ken’s career also includes impactful leadership roles at NCR Corporation, American Express, and Visa Inc., where he consistently exceeded revenue targets, strengthened client relationships, and drove business expansion. His expertise spans sales strategy, relationship management, digital transformation, and financial technology innovation. Thriving in both fast-paced startups and established enterprises, Ken has a keen ability to identify market opportunities and execute strategic growth initiatives.

Holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from California University of Pennsylvania, Ken is committed to continuous learning and professional development. He has earned certifications in Python coding and AI prompting, reinforcing his ability to integrate emerging technologies into financial services. Passionate about fostering long-term business growth, he leverages his broad industry experience to help organizations scale and succeed.
