Paul D’Souza does one thing; he helps companies increase revenue. His approach is strategic and mapped to the business goals of the leadership team because Paul believes that all business is personal and all business transactions are anchored in trust.

Paul spent the early part of his carrier selling multi-million dollar complex IT projects to the Enterprise and Global 2000 marketplace. Since 2003 he has been helping sub $50 million companies increase revenue as a Sales Strategy Consultant. Over the years, Paul has held leadership positions of CEO, VP Sales or Chief Revenue Officer portions in his client companies. He has also build channel sales programs, trained sales teams and coached executives to ensure peak performance.

Paul authored the book The Market Has Changed – Have You?, which was picked as one of the Top 10 Sales Books by the Selling Power magazine. He has mentored hundreds of startup companies at a few different Accelerators including the Founder Institute in Palo Alto, Plug and Play in Guadalajara, Mexico and Innogate at the University of Turkey in Istanbul.

Paul is married and loves to play polo whenever he gets to ride a horse and hit a ball. He is known to have a “Polo Grab Bag” with his helmet and riding boots and will try to pick up a game whenever he gets a chance.
