Her experience at GEX Capital as an Investment Associate involved in-depth transaction analysis, due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation for potential investments. Previously, as an Investment Banking Senior Analyst at Citigroup, Rainy was a driving force behind numerous landmark healthcare transactions. Her accomplishments include leading cross-border M&A deals, a significant healthcare spin-off, top-tier IPOs, private placements, bond issuances, and refinancings. Rainy holds a Master in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin's McCombs School of Business and is working towards her CPA designation. Outside of her professional achievements, Rainy enjoys traveling the globe, hiking, reading, and indulging in good food.
