The Glimpse™
A structured first look at where alignment is holding inside your leadership team — and where it is not.
Why It Exists
Most leadership teams know something is off before they can name what. Decisions are getting re-litigated. The same conversation keeps surfacing in different rooms. Senior people are working hard and arriving at different versions of what was decided. The pattern is visible from the inside but difficult to articulate from the inside.
The Glimpse is the first piece of work — a structured way to make the pattern legible before deciding whether to do anything about it.
It is not a sales call. It is not a free consultation. It is a focused intake designed to produce a written read on what is actually in motion inside your team, where the slippage is happening, and what — if anything — is the right next step.
How It Works
-
The questionnaire. A short, deliberately specific set of questions. It takes most people twenty to thirty minutes to complete carefully. The questions are not designed to be answered quickly; they are designed to surface what you already know but haven't yet put into words.
-
The readout. A written response, prepared by us and sent back to you. It names the pattern we see in your answers, the decisions that appear to be drifting, and the questions worth sitting with before any next step.
-
The recommended next step. Each readout closes with a specific recommendation. Sometimes that is the Founder / CEO Diagnostic. Sometimes a Leadership Alignment Day. Sometimes a Board Governance Clarity Day. Sometimes the right answer is no engagement — and we say so when that is the case.
What It Is Not
It is not a diagnostic of your team. We have not spoken to your people. We have only spoken to you, through the questions you chose to answer and the way you chose to answer them.
It is not a proposal in disguise. The recommendation at the end of the readout is shaped by what you wrote, not by what we sell. If the right next step is not one of the three Leadership Alignment offerings, the readout will say so.
It is not a long-term commitment. The Glimpse stands on its own. Most people who complete it find the readout useful regardless of whether they go further.
Who It Is For
-
Founders and CEOs who can feel friction in the leadership system but haven't yet named it.
-
Board chairs and directors who suspect the team-board interface is straining.
-
Executives who are heading into a high-stakes moment — a raise, a restructuring, a transition — and want a read before opening the conversation more widely.
