The Advantary Scout Program
Help us find the next great engagement. Get paid when we do.
The Scout Program is how the firm finds many of its best engagements — through senior operators, advisors, and investors who recognize a fit before we do, make the introduction, and share in the economics when it lands. The program serves both the Advantary Services Group (advisory engagements across ten practices) and Advantary Capital Partners (equity investments).
We are deliberate about who joins. The program works best for individuals already seeing this kind of opportunity flow in the normal course of their careers — and is reviewed through an interview before any scout joins the network.
What the program is
A curated network of senior operators, advisors, and investors who carry Advantary into their networks and surface opportunities that fit the firm's practices. Scouts make the introductions. We do the rest of the work. The program serves two engagement paths:

Advantary Services Group. Ten specialist advisory practices that engage with founders, CEOs, executive teams, and boards on the moments where structured help is needed.

Across the ten practices, the question is not whether a given company needs one of them today — it is which one, and when. Scouts with active networks see those moments before we do.

Advantary Capital Partners. Equity investments structured through Special Purpose Vehicles, with a curated investor network and operating partnership through the Services Group.

For every introduction that becomes a paid engagement or a closed investment, the scout shares in the economics. A defined percentage of fees on Services Group engagements; a defined percentage of carry or equivalent participation on Capital Partners investments. Terms are written down before the relationship begins; the same terms apply across the network. Specifics are walked through in the onboarding conversation.

What Scouts Get
Compensation tied to outcomes
A defined share of revenue on every Services Group engagement and a defined share of carry on every Capital Partners investment that the scout sources. Paid through close.
Direct access to the firm
Scouts work directly with the partner most likely to engage on a given opportunity. No gatekeepers, no inbound queue. The scout network itself is a curated group of accomplished operators and advisors; the relationships among them are part of what the network offers.
No volume minimums, no exclusivity
Scouts refer at their own pace. No volume requirements, no time commitments, no exclusivity. The relationship works because the network is selective at the entry point, not because it is policed afterward.

How It Works
1. Apply — Complete the short application below. Briefly: who you are, what your network looks like, and a few examples of the kinds of opportunities you typically see.

2. Refer — Once onboarded, make introductions by email. For investment referrals, direct prospects to the Capital Partners profile form so the firm can respond directly.
3. Earn — When a referral becomes a paid engagement or a closed investment, the scout is paid per the agreed terms. Payment is processed through close, not as a back-end reconciliation.
