  • Retained executive search across C-suite and VP roles in every function, conducted by senior partners with operating credibility in the role being filled.

  • We build slates that reflect the full talent market, including candidates the standard search process tends to miss.

Organizational consulting

  • A structured read on the company's culture and people practices — written, specific, and tied to the operating decisions that follow.

  • Where inclusion and equity work is in scope, we engage it directly rather than as a separate program.

 

Fractional and advisory roles

  • Advisory Chief People Officer. A senior HR practitioner engaged on a fractional, confidential basis — for the people questions that need experienced judgment but do not yet warrant a full-time hire.

  • Fractional inclusion and equity leadership. For companies that need senior judgment on the inclusion and equity questions without standing up a dedicated function before the company is ready.
