Adam Tucker is an existing founder, advisory and operator with more than 20 years of experience driving organizational transformation, value creation, and leadership alignment across technology, energy, and professional services. He specializes in helping high growth and private equity backed companies translate enterprise strategy into scalable operating models and measurable outcomes.

As Founder and Managing Director of ETHOS - Talent and Advisory, Adam led organizational design, change management, and executive talent strategy engagements that delivered measurable results, including scaling a $187M SaaS company to 410% headcount growth, achieving 20% workforce expansion in six months at a $310M dollar energy consulting firm, and guiding M&A integration initiatives that produced EBITDA gains within 18 months.

Adam has supported strategic leadership initiatives at Intel, founded and scaled a talent and workforce consulting firm recognized among the Top 100 Fastest Growing Private Companies by the Portland Business Journal. He serves as a strategic advisor to CEOX and is an LP and advisor to Suncoast Ventures.
