Alexandra Dantzig

Alexandra Dantzig is an investor-operator and entrepreneur with two decades of experience building and scaling ventures across health technology, consumer wellness, financial services, and B2B SaaS. She was the Founder & CEO of RituWell (formerly Jetsweat), a digital wellness infrastructure company that evolved from a consumer fitness platform into an enterprise health technology solution serving employers and health plans with holistic, preventative wellness programs.

As founder, Alexandra led the company from inception through commercialization and acquisition discussions. She raised venture capital from institutional funds, family offices, and healthcare industry executives; built the organization to profitability; and achieved key compliance milestones including HIPAA and SOC-2 certification. She also structured strategic partnerships across multiple industries and led M&A initiatives, including the acquisition and integration of a digital fitness platform that accelerated growth.

Before RituWell, Alexandra was Director of Business Development at Convergence, an alternative investment advisory firm founded by the former CFO of JPMorgan and Apollo, where she developed institutional relationships with asset managers and limited partners, designed go-to-market strategies, and secured new fund mandates. Earlier in her career, she served as Vice President of Business and Corporate Development at FXCM (NYSE: FXCM), managing M&A, partnerships, and institutional business development during its IPO and global expansion.

In addition to her role at Advantary, Alexandra serves as an Advisor to an early-stage healthcare venture fund, supporting portfolio founders with go-to-market strategy, diligence, and growth. She brings a unique combination of founder empathy, operational expertise, and investor perspective to her work with Advantary portfolio companies.

Alexandra earned her B.B.A. in Finance from Loyola Marymount University and completed a term at Oxford University.
