Robert Escobar has served in various executive roles, including Founder and President of Camino Real Group LLC, a consulting firm focused on startups and early-stage e-commerce and CPG businesses.


Robert’s past work includes Senior Vice President of Operations for RocksBox, Inc., Vice President of Operations for Gwynnie Bee, Head of Operations for ipsy (Michelle Phan’s startup), and Senior Director of Operations at Stella & Dot (2009/2010 Inc. Magazine’s fastest-growing companies), respectively. Prior experience also includes serving as Senior Director of Operations for Bare Escentuals (NYSE: BARE), where he was instrumental in building out both North America and Western Europe operations.
