Robert Escobar

Robert Escobar has served in various executive roles, most recently as Founder & President of Camino Real Group LLC, a consulting firm focused on startups and early-stage e-commerce & CPG businesses. Robert’s past work includes SVP of Operations for RocksBox, Inc., VP of Operations for Gwynnie Bee, Head of Operations for ipsy (Michelle Phan’s startup), and Senior Director of Operations at Stella & Dot (2009/2010 Inc. Magazine’s fastest-growing companies), respectively. Prior experience also includes Senior Director of Operations for Bare Escentuals (NYSE: BARE), in which he was instrumental in building out both North America and Western Europe operations.

Robert’s background and experience of 22 years have focused on strategic planning, logistics network design, and global supply chain optimization. He currently sits on several advisory boards focused on CPG and e-commerce, such as Know Yourself, PBC (Principle, Tim Howes), Fuse Inventory, Inc. and HelloAva Inc. Robert lives in San Mateo, CA.
