Val Arroyo has over 15 years of senior management experience. She is a decisive leader dedicated to driving strategic growth and operational excellence. She has advised and reported directly to CEOs, specializing in crafting and implementing business, operational, and administrative strategies that foster long-term success.

She holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs through a dual degree from the American University of Paris and the Institut Catholique de Paris, where she also completed her undergraduate studies in International Affairs, Philosophy, and International Economics during her seven years in France.

Upon returning to Mexico, she coordinated federal public policy at the Office of the President and strengthened government-civil society relations at the Ministry of the Interior. Her expertise further expanded in the private sector as Chief Operations Officer at a consultancy firm, where she applied collaborative decision-making frameworks to strategic planning.

She has served as both Chief of Staff and Chief Operating Officer at i2i, playing a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and maintaining strong client partnerships—fueling organizational efficiency and sustained growth.
