What It Is

The Founder / CEO Diagnostic + Debrief is a structured engagement designed to make that ledger visible — to you, first, before anyone else.


We work directly with you over a focused sequence of conversations. We map what you are deciding, what your team thinks you are deciding, and where the two pictures don't match. We surface the patterns underneath: the decisions you keep re-making because they won't stay made, the ones you have delegated in name but not in practice, the ones that have become orphans because no one is sure they're theirs.
 

You leave with a written debrief — yours alone — naming where alignment is holding, where it is not, and what to do about each.
