As we approach the end of 2022, I look back with a real sense of accomplishment on what Advantary and our remarkable team have accomplished. Some highlights:


  • Advantary Services Group (ASG, the advisory services division) is now 25 professionals and staff.

  • We have more than doubled revenues from 2020-2021, and in 2022 we’re set to double 2021 revenues.  

  • We’ve brought in Lynn Olson, our first-ever Head Client and Business Development, to lead our growing sales team.

  • We launched our Executive Capital practice led by Kristin Speer.

  • We launched our Board Governance practice led by Donna Hamlin.

  • We brought in our first CFO, Theresa Matacia.

  • With a professional sales team in place and an expanded set of services, our target is to triple 2023 ASG revenues over 2022.

  • Advantary Capital Partners (ACP, our new private equity division launched earlier this year) is an independent PE sponsor working with an extensive pipeline of investment opportunities and looking to close our first transaction in 1Q23. We aim to establish a strong track record in the growth capital space and raise a fund to make direct investments.


I want to thank my team and especially our clients for making this a truly remarkable year and making the promise of 2023 very bright indeed!
