Al-Zhoheir Hajim, Esq., CPA, CFA

Al-Zhoheir Hajim specializes in investment evaluation, focusing on both the investment rationale and risk assessment of the firm's portfolio. He brings over 15 years of experience advising global companies across North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East at top-tier firms such as McKinsey & Company, Deloitte, EY, and leading global law firms.

Prior to joining Advantary, he was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company in New York, where he worked with senior leadership across multiple markets in North America and Europe on corporate restructuring and operational improvement projects. His experience also includes serving as Head of Finance and Data Analytics at a real estate firm, Head of Legal and Data Privacy at an international firm, Litigation and Dispute Resolution Attorney at a top-ranked law firm, International Tax Attorney at EY, and Auditor at Deloitte.

He is currently a faculty member at the Asian Institute of Management, teaching accounting and international business law. He previously taught management accounting at the University of Asia and the Pacific. He is regularly invited as an expert speaker on international tax at the Annual Tax Summit and the Internal Auditors’ Conference.

He is licensed to practice law in New York and the Philippines. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), Licensed Real Estate Appraiser, Licensed Real Estate Broker, and Certified Property Valuer.

He holds a Master of Advanced Management from the Yale School of Management, a Master of Business Administration (Finance) from the Asian Institute of Management, a Juris Doctor from the University of the Philippines College of Law, and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Ateneo de Zamboanga University.

His hobbies include skiing, hiking, traveling, jiu-jitsu, and Muay Thai.
