SYNDICATION
At Advantary, Ethan focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and executing private market investments. He collaborates closely with family offices, individuals and institutional partners to syndicate investment opportunities within Advantary’s portfolio.
Before joining Advantary, Ethan served as Managing Director of Private Market Investments and Head of Co-Investments at AlTi Global. In this role, he led investment strategy and execution across alternative asset classes, including Venture Capital, Growth Equity, and Buyout funds, through both LP allocations and direct investments.
Ethan brings deep expertise as a founder, investor, advisor, and operator. He co-founded RDG Capital Management, an activist investment firm based in New York City. Ethan also held the position of Vice President in Principal Investing at GCA Savvian Capital, specializing in leveraged buyouts, minority investments, and mergers and acquisitions advisory. Additionally, he gained extensive experience in hedge fund portfolio management, overseeing a single-family office portfolio and working as an analyst for a small-cap-focused hedge fund in San Francisco.
Complementing his institutional investing experience, Ethan has hands-on operational expertise through his involvement with Doyle Sailmakers, a family-run manufacturing business. This diverse background equips Ethan with a unique capability to identify and evaluate a broad spectrum of investment opportunities for Advantary and its partners.
