Manny Melendez is a seasoned executive and strategic advisor with over 20 years of experience across private equity, venture capital, high-growth startups, wealth management, and commercial/industrial operations. As a senior leader, Manny has led transformative growth initiatives, structured capital raises, managed M&A transactions, and built scalable operations across multiple sectors.

As General Partner of Vantage Point Global Consulting, Manny has advised a wide range of technology ventures—including fintech, health-tech, and logistics-tech SaaS companies—on go-to-market strategy, investor relations, and operational scaling. He has helped structure multi-million-dollar capital raises and served as Fractional COO and Executive Director for portfolio companies in need of hands-on financial and operational leadership.

As Regional Vice President – Florida for Southern Capital Funding Network, he led strategic relationship development across Florida, helping entrepreneurs and small-to-mid-sized enterprises access alternative financing, bridge loans, and specialty funding to scale their operations. His deep financial expertise and consultative approach have made him a trusted partner to businesses navigating complex capital needs.

Previously he was the CEO of Trinity Media Group, an out-of-home (OOH) advertising company, where he led a successful asset sale to a strategic buyer. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President of Wealth Management at UBS for 16 years, where he advised ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional clients on investment strategy, risk management, and long-term portfolio construction.

Manny brings deep experience in cross-border business development, particularly between the mainland U.S., Puerto Rico, and LATAM markets. His work often focuses on identifying growth inflection points and creating actionable roadmaps to support founders, boards, and investors.

Manny served for 10 years on the Entrepreneurial Advisory Board of the Inter American University of Puerto Rico, where he mentored emerging entrepreneurs and contributed to the advancement of higher education and innovation on the island.
